You are cordially requested to grace us with your delightful presence, as we gather to celebrate the enchanting world of Jane Austen. Let us engage in spirited conversation, partake in the most agreeable dances, and delight in the company of dear friends and charming acquaintances.
A light supper will be served to enhance our delightful gathering, provided by Sophie of Samford.
Attire: Regency dress is most warmly encouraged, to truly embody the elegance of the period.
Music shall be graciously provided by our esteemed band, Phillip’s Dog. All dances will be elegantly instructed during the evening; however, it would be of great advantage if you might attend a class prior to the celebration.

Dance workshop prior to the ball
It will be wonderful if you can join us for a class prior to the ball in order to learn the dances. 14th August at 7:30pm in the Farmers Hall, Samford.
This class is especially useful for those attending the Jane Ball, however, everyone with an interest is welcome to attend. It’s part of Moreton Bay Council’s Healthy & Active, so tickets are $4.00 at the door or online https://events.humanitix.com/jane-austen-dance-workshop
